Every year we take on a select few people to participate in our trainee management program. This program prepares you for a General Management role within Nomads world. As a trainee manager you will have the opportunity to gain experience in all departments with a property in order to get the practical experience required to be a competent manager a typical trainee program will cover the following topics:

  • Accommodation services
  • Food and Beverage services
  • Sales and marketing
  • Basic Accounts
  • Human resources
  • Leadership
