Through overwhelming live performances to recorded hits for soundtracks, the Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra have captivated audiences through out New Zealand. If you haven’t had the chance to let your ears absorb the light hearted splendor of music produced by this group i think you should watch the video below:

I first had the pleasure of watching The Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra at a Wellington Bar nearly 4 years a go and I don’t plan on missing this event.

If you are familiar with some of Wellington and New Zealands best artists and local celebrities you’ll notice the group contains a few Musicians better known in other genres of music. Featuring Brett McKenzie of Flight of The Conchords, Age Pryor, Steve Jessus (joint owner of Iko Iko gift store and member of more bands then i can name!) amongst many more talented Ukulele players.
