Taking the skyrail up to Kuranda and returning back to Cairns on the scenic train is the perfect way to relax after all those adventure sports and late nights.

Glide above the Cairns rainforest canopy on the Skyrail with a chance to do two stops- a guided walk in the canopy and a stop at the majestic Barron Falls. Then spend the rest of your morning cruising Kuranda, a relaxed community nestled in the Cairns rainforest chock full of markets and cafes. You can take a walk along the river or maybe visit the Butterfly Sanctuary. After lunch you leave Kuranda to return back to Cairns on the Scenic Train to see some awesome views of Barron Gorge and learn about the history of Cairns.

This is a great trip to get outside of Cairns and just chill for the day!
