A perfect example was a guy staying at Nomads Esplanade backpackers hostel was looking for work so we suggested to look on the website and within a day he is now working at the Shagri La which is one of the most expensive places in Cairns as a waiter and host for one of their new stage show productions that they put on nightly.  He dresses up and has a great time but most importantly he is earning some good money.  He still stays at the Hostel even though he could go into a share house but I think he would miss us all too much down here.
