What is the Flicker Fest? It is the eleventh Byron Bay Shire film festival! It is on this weekend and starts Friday 22nd of January 2010. It will be held at the A & I in Bangalow.

If you are a bit of a movie buff then you should definitely come to this event and if you need somewhere to stay then come and stay with us at  Nomads Byron bay Backpackers Hostel.  The international films are shown on Friday, Saturday with the Short Australian films starting on Sunday. This year 1600 people entered the Australian Film competition and 97 have been short listed. I love films even short ones so I cant wait till the weekend!
