In an effort to make further improvements to customers experiences, Nomads backpackers hostels Australia, New Zealand and Fiji have released a mystery shopper program.
The program is designed to allow us to gather independent reviews of every aspect of hostel operations from the standard of hostel facilities, to quality of entertainment. In particular the mystery shopper program will focus on customer service standards to ensure our guest not only have their expectations met but exceeded
