Destination Sydney - Sydney Travel Guide

About Sydney:

Ask any backpacker and they’ll tell you what a black hole Sydney can be. A black hole that sucks you in with its too-easy lifestyle, work (money) opportunities and scariest of all, its non-stop party scene. Before you know what’s hit you, six months of your life will have flown by in the opening of a goon.

But it’s not all bad news. Sydney, Australia's largest city, is one of the most magnificent and entertaining cities in the world and to be honest, you just need to ‘get in amongst it and go for it’!

Sydney simply exudes that city lifestyle but if it all gets a little much for you, Sydney offers more beaches than you could possibly imagine visiting, from surf beaches to family beaches, to party beaches and even nudist beaches!

Even if you head a little further out of the city itself you can visit stunning scenery in the form of the Blue Mountains and chill out amongst the trees and piano bars.
