Emus Beach Resort Backpackers offers a relaxed atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. The resort is only a short walk from the main street of Emu Park and directly across the road from one of the Coasts more attractive beaches.

This Emu Park hostel boasts no bunk beds, large rooms with maximum 4 share, great facilities and friendly staff to ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay for all.

We are on the Capricorn Coast, with the closest main city being Rockhampton. Rockhampton is 40km's from us, however we offer pick ups from the bus and train station. These pick ups are FREE for backpackers staying 3 nights or more or $5 each way if staying less than 3 nights. As it is a 1/2 hour drive, we need 48 hours notice for the pick up. Please call us to confirm.

We are the perfect stop between Hervey Bay or 1770 and Airlie Beach.

Follow the signs to Emu Park from Rockhampton. When you come over the hill into Emu Park, turn left at the roundabout onto Pattison Street as if following signs to Yeppoon . Emu's is approx 1km on the left. Opposite the Emu Park Bowls Club.
